This new and unique course has been purposely designed to follow the requirements contained in the British Standards for the Installation and Inspection of Safety Netting Systems.
BS 1263 PART ONE 1997: Safety requirements, test methods;
BS 1263 PART TWO 1998: Safety requirements for the erection of safety nets.
The intended purpose of Safety netting is to prevent faller’s hitting the ground and sustaining serious injuries. Therefore they must be inspected daily and reported on weekly as this was any other piece of work equipment provided for the Health and Safety of workers.
